Before the Admit Card, RRB releases a City Intimation Slip.
- What is it? It tells you your Exam City and Date so you can book tickets.
- When will it come? It will be released 9-10 days before the exam date.

- Release Date: You can download your Hall Ticket 4-5 days before your exam date.

Important Exam Day Instructions
To avoid any trouble at the exam center, follow these simple rules:
- Carry Admit Card [Mandatory]: You cannot enter without it.
- ID Proof is Mandatory: Bring a valid original ID like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport.
- No Electronics: Mobile phones, calculators, and smartwatches are strictly not allowed inside the hall.
- Reach Early: Gates will close exactly at the “Gate Closure Time.” No excuses will be heard after that.
