Eligibility Criteria (As of March 31, 2026)

Before applying, ensure you meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Age: Maximum 28 years. A relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates.
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Education Stream: You must have followed a regular stream of education: 10th/SSLC + 12th/HSC + Graduation.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banks or NBFCs is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Preference will be given to candidates proficient in the local language.

Note: If you attended the Group Discussion or Personal Interview for this role in previous notifications but were not selected, you are not eligible to apply this time.


Salary and Terms of Employment

The role is initially a contractual appointment with potential for long-term growth.

  • Designation: Junior Officer (Operations).
  • Contract Period: Initially for 3 years, renewable based on performance.
  • Salary (CTC): Between ₹4.86 lakhs to ₹5.04 lakhs per annum. This includes NPS contributions, Insurance premiums, and performance-based variable pay.
  • Career Progression: High-performing candidates may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) after the initial contract.
  • Posting Location: Anywhere in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. Candidates must also be willing to serve anywhere in India if required by the Bank.

Selection Process

The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection stages based on the number of applications received.

  1. Online Test and/or Group Discussion (GD): These are elimination stages.
  2. Preliminary and/or Final Interview: Only shortlisted candidates from the test/GD will advance to the interview stage.
