- Keep in Mind the Reporting Time: Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card or hall ticket.
- Documents to Keep: They need to keep the Admit card, photo ID, and two passport-sized photographs along with them. They need to download their admit cards and take a printout. They should not forget that they will not be allowed to sit in the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam without it. The admit card contains all the details about the candidate, like the name, photo, exam centre, and reporting time, and it confirms his/her identity.
- Photo Identification Documents: Carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) in original as well as a photocopy. And make sure that the name on the ID matches the name on your admit card. Candidates can carry any of the following documents: Passport, Aadhaar Card/printout of e-Aadhaar, Driving License, ID Card issued by university/college/school, Voter’s ID card, PAN Card, etc. They should also carry passport-size photos, the photos that they uploaded during the application process.

- Seating Arrangement: Find out your roll number and immediately sit on your allotted seat. Do not change your seat without the permission of the invigilator.
