Stages of IBPS PO Admit Card 2021

IBPS PO admit cards are released in the following stages.

Stage-1: IBPS PO Admit Card for Pre-Exam Training

Pre-exam training is conducted for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities. All eligible candidates who apply for pre-exam training are issued IBPS PO admit cards for the same.

Stage-2: IBPS PO Admit Card for Preliminary Exam

IBPS PO prelims admit cards will be released for candidates who successfully register for the exam.

Stage-3: IBPS PO Mains Admit Card

IBPS PO mains admit cards will be issued to candidates who will qualify for the preliminary exam.

Stage-4: IBPS PO Call letter for Interview

The call letter for the interview will be released for candidates who will qualify for the mains exam.

How to download IBPS PO Mains Admit Card?

Candidates should visit the official IBPS website (ibps.in.) when the IBPS PO Admit Card 2021 is available online. They must have login credentials to download the same. Applicants may follow the steps mentioned below to download the hall ticket for all stages:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IBPS i.e. ibps.in

Step 2: Click on the link “IBPS PO Call Letter”

Step 3: Enter your “Registration ID or Roll Number” and “Password or date of birth” generated while filling the IBPS PO Application Form.

Step 4: IBPS PO Admit Card will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Download and take a printout.

Note: A separate call letter will be issued to the scribe to assist the specially-abled candidate in the examination.

• Candidates must go through the admit card carefully and ensure that the call letter is error-free.

IBPS PO 2021 Exam Day Guidelines

• Candidates need to report atleast 15 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the IBPS PO admit card
• Wearing masks is compulsory
• The examination authority will scan the barcode given in the admit card 
• Candidates are allowed to wear gloves, carry a transparent water bottle, hand sanitiser (50 ml), pen, exam related documents (admit card, ID card, photocopy ID card, etc) 
• Registration of candidates will be done through photo capture
• Rough sheets will be kept at the candidate’s desk. No additional sheets will be provided during the exam
• Candidates are required to drop the rough sheets in the boxes provided at the exit while leaving the lab
• Stationery items such as bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drives, log table, electronic pen/scanner are not allowed
• Goggles, handbags, hair-pin, hair-band, belt, cap, any watch/wristwatch, camera, any metallic item are not allowed
• Any eatable item opened or packed is not allowed
• Ornaments such as the ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, badge, brooch, etc. will be thoroughly checked

Documents to Carry Along with IBPS PO Admit Card

Candidates need to carry the following documents along with IBPS PO admit card

• Valid IBPS PO call letter 2021 for respective date and sessions of exam
• Photo-identity proof in original that clearly mentions the name of candidates as entered in the application form
• Photocopy of photo-identity proof
• Two passport-sized photographs
