For Assistant General Manager (IT):
- Post-Graduate Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Age limit: 35 years
For Assistant Manager (Agriculture) / Assistant Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, or related fields
- Age limit: 30 years

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:
Stage 1: Written Test (100 Marks)
- For AGM (IT): Mix of objective and descriptive questions on general management, IT, reasoning, current affairs, and computer science
- For Assistant Managers: Objective and descriptive questions on general awareness, APEDA/agriculture exports, and subject-specific topics
- Qualifying marks: 60%
- Negative marking: 25% for wrong objective answers
- Duration: 2.5 hours (AM) / 3 hours (AGM-IT)
Stage 2: Interview (40 Marks for AGM-IT only)
- Shortlisted candidates will appear for interview
- Topics include general awareness, managerial ability, international trade, and agriculture sector knowledge
- Qualifying marks: 60%
- Venue: Delhi NCR
Age Relaxation
Candidates can claim age relaxation as per government norms:
