What Happens After the Mains Result?

What to do after mains result for both the categories, one who have cleared the exam and other who are unfortunately not able to malke it to the next stage-

1. The Interview Stage (Officer Scale-I)

If you see "Qualified" on your screen, congratulations! You will now be invited for a Personal Interview. The interview carries 100 marks, and the final selection is based on a weighted ratio of 80:20 (Mains Exam: Interview).

2. For Officer Scale-II & III

Candidates for Scale II and III also appeared for their single-window exam on December 28. Their results will follow the same timeline, leading directly to the interview phase.

3. If You Don't Qualify

The Mains exam is significantly tougher than the Prelims. If you don't clear it, wait for the scorecard to analyze which section (often General Awareness or the specialized section) pulled your average down. Use this data to pivot toward the upcoming IBPS PO or SBI PO cycles.
