JSSC JE Notification 2023 informs the candidates about the recruitment of Junior Engineers in various departments of Jharkhand government. The notification contains the details of the eligibility criteria, vacancy distribution, selection process, exam pattern, syllabus, application fee and important dates for JSSC JE Recruitment 2023. The notification was released on 16 May 2023 on the official website of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission @jssc.nic.in. The online application process started on June 13, 2023 and will end on July 13 2023. The candidates who have completed diploma in engineering in relevant disciplines can apply for JSSC JE Recruitment 2023 through the online mode only.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess BE/BTech or Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University. Candidates who have higher education qualifications can also apply for JSSC JE recruitment.

18-35 years

JSSC JE 2023 Selection Process

Aspirants who want to apply have to go through a single stage exam followed by document verification (DV).

JSSC JE 2023 Exam Pattern

• There will be two papers for the JSSC JE exam, Paper 1 & Paper 2. 
•  Paper 1 shall have 120 questions for a duration of 2 Hours. 
• On the other hand, Paper 2 shall have 120 questions based on Civil/Electrical/Mechanical conducted for 120 minutes. 
• 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer while 3 marks shall be awarded for every incorrect answer.
