IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Selection Process 2023

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Grade O Salary 2023

Selected candidates will have to go through a 6-month training programme with a stipend of Rs 5,000 per month and they will then be promoted to a 2 months internship with a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month. Once the probation period is over, selected candidates will be recruited as Junior Assistant Manager Grade O. CTC (Cost to Company) will range between Rs 6.14 lakh to Rs 6.50 lakh at the time of joining. Salary will also vary based on the place of joining.
