The application process is entirely online. To ensure your form isn't rejected, follow these two main phases:
Part 1: Initial Registration
- Visit the Portal: Go to the official IBPS website and click on the link for "CRP RRBs".
- Start New Registration: Select "Click here for New Registration."
- Enter Your Details: You’ll need to provide your basic info—name, mobile number, and email ID.
- Save Credentials: Once submitted, you will receive a unique Registration Number and Password via SMS and email. Keep these safe!
Part 2: Completing the Application
- Login: Use your new credentials to enter the application portal.
- Upload Media: You must upload your photograph and signature according to the strict IBPS guidelines (see the table below).
- Educational Details: Fill in your graduation marks, work experience (if any), and choose your preferred RRBs (Bank Preference).
- Center Selection: Pick your preferred exam center for the Prelims and Mains.
- Review & Pay: Always use the "Preview" button to double-check every detail. Once you are sure, proceed to pay the application fee online.

You must write the following text on white paper with black ink, scan it, and upload it:
"I, _______ (name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid through the online payment gateway (Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).

- General/OBC/EWS Candidates: Rs. 850/-
