After becoming a clerk in any Public sector bank, multiple opportunities can be availed by the aspirant to become the officer in the bank but there are certain constraints to that. The subject of Nepal, or The subject of Bhutan, or A Tibetan Refugee who came to India to settle permanently. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Hence, candidates other than Indian citizens should favor a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
