The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially released the Revised Result for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025. This major update was announced on December 9, 2025, on the official website www.upsssc.gov.in. If you appeared for the UP PET exam earlier this year, you must recheck your scorecard because the commission has updated the results to correct errors found in the OMR sheets and to flag cases of unfair means. We have the direct link and all the details on why the result was re-released below.

Why has UPSSSC Released the Revised Result?

You might be wondering, “I already checked my result, why check again?” Here is the reason:

The commission found discrepancies in the earlier result data. To ensure fairness, they re-evaluated certain OMR sheets.

  • For 517 Candidates: The status has been updated to “Provisionally Allowed.”
  • For 41 Candidates: OMR sheets that were previously cancelled have now been corrected, and marks have been awarded.
  • For 44 Candidates: Unfortunately, these candidates were found using “Unfair Means” (cheating), and their scorecards now clearly show “Unfair Means.”

So, to be 100% sure of your qualifying status for upcoming Group C jobs, you need to download the Revised Scorecard.
