Which exams have you appeared in till date, and what were their results?

I have appeared in RRB PO, IBPS Clerk/PO Exams over the past two years and successfully cleared IBPS PO in 2024.

How did you prepare for the English section?

I used to read the newspaper daily, and also check out the editorial section along with YouTube videos. Apart from this, I practiced RCs daily.

How did you prepare for the Quantitative Aptitude section?

I prepared the quantitative Aptitude section from the YouTube channels of Harshal sir and Kaushik Mohanty. Then gave mock tests and sectional quizzes. 

How did you prepare for the Reasoning section?

I prepared reasoning from YouTube channels such as Sanjay Sir, Dhruva Sir, and then gave sectional tests from Practice Mock.

How did you prepare for the General Awareness section?

I prepared the general awareness from the Affairs Cloud PDF and then gave sectional tests.

What was your overall strategy? Did you follow a study schedule? If yes, please share the details.

I do not have a fixed schedule. Just give the daily mains mock test 1 month before the mains exam. Apart from this, I used to revise every day from the mocks that i gave and analyse my mistakes and work on them.

Did you face any hurdles as well? How did you overcome it?

Initially, I was stuck in the main level puzzle …. and also faced problems in topics such as mixtures and alligations for which I practiced mock tests and overcame them.

Yeah, I use practice mocks for giving mocks. They are of good quality, with exam-like patterns, and also gave good analysis data of the given mock test. I used to go through the mocks after attempting them and analyse my mistakes thoroughly.

What’s your message for the fellow aspirants who are preparing for competitive exams? 

Go with the flow, and keep improving by giving as many mocks as you can. Stay disciplined and consistent in your journey. If you dedicate yourself to the process, then your destination will no longer be far away. Also, use minimal resources but repeat as much as you can.
