I started preparing for bank exams in 2019 after completing my graduation. Throughout my journey till today, i have faced many ups and downs whether it was financially during pandemic or mentally due to failures but the thought of succeeding one day kept me going and finally my hardwork paid off and i cleared the IBPS PO 2022-23. When life knocks you down, you could choose whether or not to get back up. So, just don’t lose hope and always try to give your best. Here are the few tips I am sharing with you which helped me during my preparation

1. The first thing I did was making my basics of the subjects stronger. This will help you to build a strong foundation of the subject.

2. The second thing is to practice each and every concept. For this I started giving a lot of mock test papers . It helped me in solving the questions in an efficient manner.

3. I also downloaded Practicemock mobile app which had lots of quizzes on different topics . So, whenever i used to travel by bus or metro I would take out my phone and start answering the quiz.

4. Last but not least Never underestimate the Current affairs because it is a game changer subject, I used to write daily important news in my notebook and revise it on regular basis and after that give practicemock weekly current affairs quizzes which helped me a lot.

In the end I want to add one more thing that studying 12-15 hrs a day is not important. The important thing is how effectively you are studying in those hours and how consistent you are. My day starts with The Hindu newspaper every morning and also gives English sectional mocks from practicemock app on regular basis.

Quantitative Aptitude Section Preparation Strategy

Firstly I cleared my basics in Arithmetics and then I used to solve 100 questions every day from two chapters (50 Questions each) and give quizzes of practice mock for Data interpretation and additional questions practices.

Reasoning Section Preparation Strategy

In reasoning also, first I Cleared my basics in each topic then only practice helps me alot in Excel this subject, I used to solve daily 10-15 puzzles and give quizzes for additional questions.

General Awareness Section Preparation Strategy

In General awareness 6-8 months current affairs is more than sufficient, i used to write daily important news in my notebook and revise it on regular basis.

Yes I made schedule on regular basis. When I woke up in the morning, my first priority is to make a schedule for a day, and I used to stick on my time table. Making schedule will help you in giving time to each and every subject effectively.
