SSC MTS Nationality
As per the SSC MTS notification 2024, the Staff selection commission set the eligibility criteria on the basis of citizenship or nationality. The SSC MTS 2024 eligibility criteria on the basis of nationality are as follows.
- Citizens of Nepal
- Citizens of Bhutan
- Tibetan refugees who came to India prior to January 1, 1962, and have settled in India
- Individuals of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam, with the intention of settling in India.
SSC MTS Education Qualification
To be eligible for the SSC MTS 2024 exam, the candidate needs to be 10th pass or equivalent Exam from a recognized Board.
SSC MTS Selection Process 2024
As per the SSC MTS notification 2024 exam, the SSC MTS exam comprises 3 stages. The three levels are as follows

Paper 1 Session 1 consists of Numerical and Mathematical Ability & Reasoning Ability and Problem-Solving whereas Session 2 consists of General Awareness & English Language and Comprehension. - The SSC MTS Paper 1 (Session 1 & Session 2) exam comprises 90 Questions for a total 270 marks.
- The total time duration for the SSC MTS exam is 45 minutes for each session.
- 1 Mark will be deducted for every wrong answer in Session 1 (no negative marking in Session 1)
SSC MTS Exam Pattern PET/PST
The 2nd stage of SSC MTS 2024 exam is Physical standard test/ Physical Efficiency Test. The candidate who has cleared the paper-1 (CBT) can be only eligible for the Paper 2( PST/ PET) SSC MTS 2024 PST/PET will be conducted to check the physical ability or efficiency of the candidate for the desired posts.
