The exam pattern for IBPS RRB Officer Scale 2 GBO exam consists of 5 sections, namely Reasoning, Financial Awareness, English/Hindi Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, and Computer Knowledge.

- Negative Marking: Yes, 1/4th of the allotted marks deducted for wrong attempt.
- Medium of Exam: The medium of the exam will be English and Hindi, both languages.
