• The Prelims Exam consists of two sections: Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.

• There are 40 questions in each section, named Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.

IBPS RRB PO Exam Pattern 2025 for Mains

The main exam is a more comprehensive Exam to consists of five sections- candidates in Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, and a Language paper (English/Hindi).

There is a penalty for incorrect answers, with 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong response across all subjects.
