The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection or IBPS conducts the recruitment in Regional Rural Banks (RRB’s) through a national level exam annually. The IBPS conducts the recruitment for the following Group A and B posts:

IBPS RRB 2022 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must have to complete the following eligibility criteria to apply for IBPS RRB 2022. The eligibility includes education qualification, age limit, and experience, which have been detailed here.
IBPS RRB Age Limit
- For Officer Scale- III- Candidates should be above 21 years and below 40 years.
- For Officer Scale-II- Candidates should be above 21 years and below 32 years.
- For Officer Scale- I- Candidates should be above 18 years and below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1992 and later than 31.05.2004 (both dates inclusive)
- For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Candidates should be above 18 years and below 30 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1994 and later than 01.06.2004 (both dates inclusive)

The candidates should hold the minimum required qualification as mentioned in the below table from a recognized University/Board and the results should be declared on or before June 27, 2022. No there is no difference between both the syllabuses. The topics are the same. Only the difference lies in the difficulty level of the questions asked in the exam.

Yes, you can apply for both the exams if you meet the eligibility criteria of both the posts.
Q6. Are the marks obtained in prelims exam considered for calculating the final selection?
No, only the marks scored in the mains and interview round will be considered for final selection.

Yes, as per the negative marking scheme, one-fourth of the marks (1/4th) will be deducted for every wrong answer marked.
