  • Online Registration and Application: July-August 2023
  • Preliminary Exam: August 5, 2023
  • Main Exam: September 16, 2023

As far as banking exams in India are concerned, most of them are held online. On the same line, form submission also takes place online only. Last year the registration fee for the examination was Rs 175 for SC/ST/PwBD and Rs 850/- for the general category. For any changes, students must keep checking our website. Since the application is not released yet, aspirants are advised to keep their eyes glued to our website for any latest updates regarding the exam. Prerequisites for registration:

  1. A valid Email Address
  2. An active mobile Number
  3. A passport-size photograph
  4. An image of candidate’s signature
  5. Candidate’s Left Thumb Impression
  6. A hand-written declaration
  7. Scanned copies of mark sheets of Class X, XII and graduation.
  8. A scanned copy of the category certificate (if applicable)
  9. A Scanned copy of the disability certificate (if applicable)
  10.  Debit/Credit card/Banking details for payment of Application fees

Steps to fill up the application form for RRB Clerk Examination:

  1. On the release of the application form the link and notification will be reflected on IBPS’s website. Please, click the link to go to the IBPS website.

  1. Click the ‘Apply Online’ tab on the home page.
  1. A new window will pop up on the screen. Select the IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Registration 2023 from the list.
  1. On the registration page click ‘New Registration’.
  1. Enter all the required information in the corresponding fields.
  1. Click ‘Save and Next’.

At this point, a password as well as the application no allotted to you is sent to your registered email id.

  1. Now follow the steps to upload your scanned signature and password.
  1. Login to the website with your registered mobile no and password. 
  1. Click the link to upload your signature and scanned photograph.
  1. Click ‘Save and Next’.

8. Now enter all the necessary details concerning your birth, family, address, educational qualification, category, religion, nationality, gender, experience,  etc along with your choice of examination centre in the respective fields.

9. A review page will open on the screen. Check ‘I Agree’  to proceed.

10. Click the ‘Submission’ button to finish.

11. On the next page, upload your handwritten declaration plus your left-hand thumbprint.

Making the payment:

12. At this point choose the payment method from the list.

13. Fill out all the required information and proceed to pay.

After making the payment a receipt will be generated. Take printouts of the payment receipt as well as the application form.
