RBI Grade B has published the tenders list, agency will be shortlisted on the basis of L1 (including agency commission and excluding applicable taxes) and should bid for all the newspapers and editions as mentioned in the E-tender and list given above. In the event of the L1 agency being shortlisted submits a bid for an incomplete list of newspapers, the subsequent L1 agency which has bid for all the newspapers (with editions) will be shortlisted.
