The Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released its official notification for Local Bank Officer (LBO) Recruitment 2025, announcing 750 vacancies across India.  Punjab National Bank LBO Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

After qualifying in the online exam, candidates who have not studied the local language of the state they applied for in Class 10 or 12 will have to appear for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

• The LPT is qualifying in nature its marks are not added to the final merit list.
  
• It tests a candidate’s reading, writing, and speaking skills in the respective local language.
  
• The purpose is to ensure that selected candidates can effectively communicate with customers in the local area.
