The New India Assurance Company Limited has released the second waiting list for the post of Assistant on August 21, 2025. Candidates on the waiting list must report to the allotted offices on September 1st for a pre-employment medical examination, bringing the required documents and ID proofs. The shortlisted candidates from the reserve list will be provisionally allotted to various NIACL offices.

The time slots for the pre-employment examination are 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM and 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM on 1st September. The participants should carry their admit call letters, a valid photo ID, and supporting documents while reporting to the allotted office.

Reporting Instructions for NIACL Assistant Shortlisted Candidates

Candidates who are selected under the NIACL Assistant second reserve list 2025 have to report to the respective offices allotted as per the list for the conduction of pre-employment medical examination. It is one of the most important and final steps in the recruitment process. Along with the medical test, document verification is also conducted on the same day. Hence, Candidates should bring all the important documents and valid ID proof for a smooth experience. Make sure that you bring original and self-attested photocopies of the required documents given in the list below. 

Important Documents to Carry for NIACL Assistant Pre-Employment Medical Examination

Here is a list of documents to be carried in their original format as well as a self-attested photocopy, while appearing for the NIACL Assistant Pre-Employment Medical Examination. 

  • Copy of application form
  • Valid four passport-size photographs
  • Photo – Identity Proof (PAN, Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport)
  • Age Proof: Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority, SSLC/SSC, or Class X Certificate with Date of Birth
  • Educational Qualification Certificates
  • All graduation mark sheets and final/provisional degree certificates, and Post-graduation mark sheets & certificates
  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates in the prescribed format, signed by the competent authority
  • Disability Certificate for PwBD candidates issued as per the RPwD Act, 2016, mentioning the type and percentage of disability along with a UDID card.
  • Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Service Book, Release Order, Pension Payment Order (PPO), and relevant Proforma (A/B/C/D). (if applicable)
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Relieving Letter for candidates working in Government, Quasi-Government, PSUs, Banks, Insurance Companies, or Financial Institutions. Resigned candidates must produce a Relieving Letter from their previous employer.
  • Affidavit in case of any mismatch in Name, Date of Birth, or other details in the application form and original documents.
