SSC CGL Cut Off 2025: Expected Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cut Off, Previous Year Category-Wise Marks

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC CGL exam in two tiers, and it releases the cut-off marks separately. Cut-off marks are the minimum marks required to pass the exam. SSC has not released the SSC CGL cut-off 2025 yet, but you expect the release of the 2025 Tier 1 cut-off in December 2025. Meanwhile, you can go through the previous year's cut-off marks to analyze the previous year's exam trends. Here, we have provided the cut-off marks for many previous years.

SSC CGL Cut Off 2025

SSC has successfully conducted the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 exam. Candidates who want to qualify for this exam must clear the SSC CGL cut-off 2025. Cut-off marks for the Tier 1 exam have not been released yet, but you expect them to be released in December 2025. Those who score these marks will become eligible to appear in the SSC CGL 2025 Tier 2 exam.

SSC CGL Previous Year Cut Off

SSC has been conducting the SSC CGL exam for many years. And every year, they release the cut-off marks for both tiers separately. They don't need to release the same cut-off in 2025 as they have released previously. But, you take use these marks in your analysis, such as exam trends, estimation of required marks, and much more. SSC CGL Cut Off for 2024

SSC CGL last year recruitment was completed after the release of the final SSC CGL last year cut off marks for the tier 2 exam. Those who were able to clear the final cut off marks will only be called for the document verification process, and then SSC will assign them a post and department. SSC CGL Tier 1 Cut Off 2024

List 1-Candidates shortlisted in Tier 1 for appearing in Tier 2 [Paper I and II (Statistics)] (for the post of Junior Statistical Officer)

SSC has released the cut-off marks for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post under the CGL Examination, with 18,436 candidates qualifying overall. The highest cut-off is for the UR category at 167.02, followed by EWS (161.73) and OBC (160.65). The table below shows the category-wise cut-offs and number of qualified candidates:

List 2-Candidates shortlisted in Tier 1 for appearing in Tier 2 [Statistical Investigator Gr. II]

The SSC has released the Tier 1 cut-off marks for the post of Statistical Investigator Grade II. A total of 2,833 candidates have qualified. The highest cut-off is for the UR category at 170.65, followed by EWS (163.50) and OBC (161.13). The table below provides the category-wise cut-offs and the number of candidates qualified:

List 3: SSC CGL Tier 1 Cut-Off for posts other than JSO and Statistical Investigator Grade. II

SSC has released revised cut-off marks for the posts other than JSO and Statistical Investigator Grade II. Under which they have added 60,609 more qualified candidates, raising the total to 1,65,240. The highest cut-off is for the UR category at 153.18, followed by OBC (146.23) and EWS (142.01). Below is the category-wise revised cut-off and number of additional candidates qualified:
