SBI PO Vacancy 2026 Category Wise Out For 1500 Vacancies

A total of 1,500 SBI PO vacancies 2026 have been announced by the State Bank of India for the Probationary Officer post. The total includes 1,446 regular vacancies and 54 backlog vacancies.

The category-wise distribution of SBI PO vacancies 2026 includes 234 vacancies for SC, 144 for ST, 390 for OBC, 144 for EWS and 588 for the Unreserved category. Together, these categories account for 1,500 vacancies.

The official notification includes 54 backlog SBI PO vacancies 2026. Of these, 18 backlog vacancies are reserved for SC candidates and 36 backlog vacancies are reserved for ST candidates.

The SBI PO vacancies 2026 include horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. The notification lists 15 vacancies for Visually Impaired candidates, 16 for Hearing Impaired candidates, 14 for Locomotor Disability candidates and 16 for the ‘d and e’ disability categories. These PwBD vacancies are horizontal reservations included within the overall category-wise vacancies.
