The RRB Clerk Apply Online 2025 process has officially begun on the official website of IBPS @ibps.in.  Candidates who are eligible to apply for this position can now submit their applications for the office assistant (clerk) post in various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India. The last date of the application form has been extended to 28th September. Applicants who are between the ages of 18 and 30 years who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the position.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the recruitment announcement for the IBPS RRB Clerk 2025 positions. This recruitment drive aims to fill numerous Office Assistant (Clerk) vacancies across India's Regional Rural Banks. The entire application process is mandatory to be completed online exclusively via the official website, ibps. in. Candidates must follow a rigorous multi-step digital procedure, which includes: initial registration, meticulously completing the application form, electronically submitting the requisite application fees, and uploading essential digital documents, such as a passport-sized photograph, signature, a handwritten declaration, and a thumb impression. Please note that no applications will be accepted through any offline channel.

RRB Office Assistant Application Form 2025 Link

The Last date to fill the Application form has passed and the next opportunity will be available from the next year. Hence you can read this section for future reference.Applicants need to register using their phone numbers and email address. A unique login ID/registered number  and Password will be provided for use throughout the recruitment cycle. Candidates can fill out the online IBPS RRB Clerk application form after the successful completion of the registration process. 

How To Apply Online For IBPS RRB Clerk Exam 2025?

Those candidates who are eligible for Officer Scale I, II, & III and Office Assistant posts  and have prepare the documents required for the process beforehand can follow the steps mentioned below to apply for the IBPS RRB 2025. Make sure to fill the form carefully with the correct information as once the form is submitted, it cannot be edited. 

Part I: REGISTRATION

  • Visit the official website @ibps.in or click on the direct link given below.
  • Click on the advertisement “Recruitment of RRB Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II & III, and Officer Assistants”.
  • On the new page, the candidate needs to select “Click here for New Registration”.
  • Candidates need to provide personal details like name, parents’ name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc.
  • On successful submission of the registration form, a Registration ID and Password will be sent to the registered mobile number and e-mail.

Part II: LOG IN

  • Candidates need to log in with the issued Registration number and Password to complete the application process.
  • The next step is to upload the Photograph and Signature in the prescribed format.
  • On the next page, candidates need to fill in their educational details.
  • Candidates can choose the exam centre at their convenience.
  • Preview the application form once you verify all the details entered and click on the submit button.
  • After filling in every detail and submitting the form, the candidates will be redirected to the application fees payment gateway.
  • Candidates can pay the application fees via online mode or offline mode.
  • After the successful payment, take the printout of the submitted form for future reference.

How to Recover or Reset Password For RRB Clerk?

Due to some error or some other circumstances, if you forget the login ID passwords. Then worry not, here in this section, we have mentioned the clear steps to follow for the retrieval of the passwords. 

  1. Go to the official website of IBPS or the link that is given above.
  2. Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the right side of the screen.
  3. On the new page, enter the Registration Number and registered Mobile Number or Email ID.
  4. Click on “Submit.”
  5. The new password will be sent to a registered Email ID or Mobile number.
  6. Log in to the system with the newly generated password.

RRB Clerk Eligibility Criteria

In this section, we have given the details regarding the eligibility criteria as per official notification. Candidates applying for various posts in the IBPS RRB Clerk must meet specific age criteria. For Officer Scale-III, candidates should be between 21 and 40 years old. For Officer Scale-II, the age requirement is between 21 and 32 years. For Officer Scale-I, candidates should be between 18 and 30 years old. Similarly, for the position of Office Assistant (Multipurpose), candidates should also be between 18 and 30 years old.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

i. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;ii. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*iii. Desirable: working knowledge of computers.

Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.

Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)

Information Technology Officer Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP, etc.

One year (in the relevant field)

Chartered AccountantCertified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

One Year as a Chartered Accountant.

Law Officer Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Two years as an advocate or should have worked as a Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for not less than two years.

Treasury Manager, Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
