1. Essential Documents to Carry

Carrying the required documents is critical to gaining entry to the exam center. Failure to present these may result in disqualification. Here’s what you need to bring:

  • SBI PO Admit Card 2025: A printed copy of the admit card is mandatory. Download it from the official SBI website (sbi.co.in) using your registration number and password/date of birth. Ensure all details (name, roll number, exam date, time, and venue) are correct.
  • Passport-Size Photographs: Two recent passport-size photographs (identical to the one uploaded during the application) must be carried. One should be affixed to the admit card, and the other is for verification purposes.
  • Valid Photo ID Proof: Bring an original photo ID and a photocopy for verification. Acceptable IDs include:
    • Aadhaar Card
    • PAN Card
    • Passport
    • Voter ID
    • Driving License The photocopy should be stapled to the admit card.
  • Left Thumb Impression and Signature: Candidates must affix their left thumb impression and signature on the admit card in the presence of the invigilator. Carry a blue ink stamp pad for this purpose.
  • Handwritten Declaration: Some centers may require a handwritten declaration (as specified during the application process) to be submitted. Ensure it matches the format provided in the notification.
  • PwD Certificate (if applicable): Candidates claiming Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) reservation must carry a valid certificate issued by a competent authority.
  • Additional Documents: Check the admit card for any specific instructions regarding additional documents, such as category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) or educational qualification certificates, if required.

Entry Instructions:

  • Undergo frisking if necessary.

Inside the Exam Hall:

  • Sit at the designated computer terminal only.
  • Do not try to change your system.
  • Log in only when instructed by the invigilator.
  • Use the rough sheets provided by the centre and hand them over before leaving.

During the Exam:

  • Read the instructions displayed on the screen carefully.
  • Follow the timer for each section (timed separately).

After the Exam:

  • Wear light clothes without large pockets or metallic items.
  • Avoid shoes; wear slippers or sandals (as per guidelines from previous years).

3. Carry Only Allowed Items

Bring only essential items:

  • Admit card
  • Original ID proof + photocopy
  • Passport photo
  • Ballpoint pen
  • Transparent water bottle
  • Personal hand sanitizer

4. Follow Biometric & Photo Verification

  • Biometric attendance or photograph verification may be taken.
  • Ensure fingers are clean and dry for biometric scans.
