The third and final phase of the NABARD Grade A exam is an interview which is of 50 marks. It will be a test of communication skills, logical thinking ability and the idea of the current affairs of the candidate. The interviewer, after checking the communication skills, answering skills, logical ability, the grip over current affairs and various other domains, will assign certain marks to the individual out of 50. Those securing the highest marks will be automatically selected for the position.

The third and final phase is an interview that is about assessing the candidates on their communication skills, knowledge of current affairs and logical thinking. This round carries 40 marks and candidates securing the highest marks will be automatically selected for the position.
