3. Reporting Time & Attendance: Reach the centre at least 60 minutes before the scheduled exam start time to complete verification. Each preliminary shift lasts 1 hour, usually scheduled as follows:

  • Shift 1: 9:00–10:00
  • Shift 2: 11:30–12:30
  • Shift 3: 14:00–15:00

4. What to Carry: It is mandatory to carry your Admit card, one original photo ID (like Aadhar, passport, or driving license) + xerox, and two passport-sized photographs matching the one on the admit card.

5. What Not to Carry: No electronic devices (phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, etc.). Avoid carrying bags, study material, food, or other unnecessary items. Exam centres generally provide a designated drop area to keep your unnecessary items.

6. Rules & Conduct: Misbehaviour or rule violations may lead to disqualification, even from future IBPS exams. No entry is allowed after the specified reporting time, so don’t arrive late at the exam centre.

7. Travel & Preparation: If assigned a distant centre, plan your travel and accommodation in advance—IBPS does not compensate for your expenses.
