SEBI Grade A Form Fill Up: SEBI has activated the SEBI Grade A Apply Online Link to start the application process to fill the 110 posts for General, Legal, Information Technology (IT), Research and Official Language. Candidates who want to apply for the SEBI Grade A Exam 2025 can apply now. The application process, which began on 30th October 2025, will end on 28th November 2025. Therefore, there are some documents required during the filling of the application form. All interested aspirants should be well aware of the documents required for the SEBI Grade A Form fill-up to make the registration process error-free and hassle-free. 

Documents Required For SEBI Grade A Form Fill-Up

Candidates who want to register for the SEBI Grade A 2025 exam should know all about the documents required for the SEBI Grade A form fill-up. They should have the following documents:

  1. Educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation/Post-Graduation)
  2. Identity proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID)
  3. Scanned copy of the photograph in JPEG/JPG format (Max size 50kb).
  4. Scanned copy of the signature in JPEG/JPG format (Max size 20kb).
  5. Scanned copy of the handwriting declaration in JPEG/JPG format (Max size 100kb).
  6. Scanned copy of the left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
  7. Educational records (certificates and mark sheets).
  8. Category certificate (if applicable).
  9. Valid personal email ID and mobile number.

NOTE: Make sure all the scanned copies are clear and meet the specified size requirements.

Educational Documents Required for SEBI Grade A Form Fill-Up

Education is the first criterion for SEBI Grade A eligibility. The educational qualification required varies depending on the stream (General, Legal, IT, Research, or Official Language). Before filling out the application form, make sure you have the following documents ready:

a) 10th Marksheet and Certificate

b) 12th Marksheet and Certificate

  • Example: If you are applying for the General stream, SEBI checks that you have passed graduation, but also verifies your 12th marks.

c) Graduation/ Post-Graduation Mark Sheets and Degree Certificate

This is the most crucial document forthe  SEBI Grade A form fill-up. Depending on your stream, SEBI may require:

  • General Stream: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Legal Stream: LLB degree from a recognized university.
  • IT Stream: Graduation in Engineering/Computer Science/IT or related streams.
  • Research Stream: Post-graduation in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, or related fields.

Tip: If you are a final-year student, SEBI accepts a provisional certificate or a final-year mark sheet as proof.

d) Caste Certificate (if applicable)

If you belong to SC/ST/OBC categories, you must submit a valid caste certificate issued by a competent authority. This certificate is required to claim reservation benefits during recruitment.

  • Tip: Ensure that the certificate is recent and correctly mentions your category.

2. Identity Proof Documents

a) OBC/SC/ST Certificate

  • Should clearly mention the caste

b) PwD Certificate (Persons with Disabilities)

c) Ex-Servicemen Certificate

  • Required for candidates applying under the ex-servicemen quota
  • Issued by the relevant military authority

d) EWS Certificate (Economically Weaker Section)
