Know SSC CHSL Exam Pattern and Syllabus Before Starting the Preparation

Below we have provided the week-wise SSC CHSL study plan 2025 for 2 months for your convenience.

Week 1-2: SSC CHSL Study Plan 2025 for 2 Months

Foundation Building Phase: As we have already mentioned that understanding the syllabus and exam pattern is important to start your preparation. Start by understanding the SSC CHSL exam pattern and syllabus. This will help you build your base for the exam preparation.

Focus Areas:

  • Quantitative Aptitude: Number system, simplification, LCM/HCF, percentages, averages, ratio, simple interest
  • Reasoning: Series, analogies, classification, coding-decoding, Venn diagrams
  • English Language: Grammar rules, vocabulary, tenses, sentence correction
  • General Awareness: Static GK, important days, geography, polity, and the last 6 months of current affairs

Week 3-4: SSC CHSL Study Plan 2025 for 2 Months

During the 3rd and 4th week, you should focus on moderate-level practice

  • Your main focus should be to cover the whole syllabus so that you can give more focus to your practice.
  • Practice questions from previous year papers so that you can know the level of questions and what types of questions are asked in the exam.
  • Attempt at least two mock tests/week and practice at least 20-25 questions from each subject daily.
  • Daily revision of vocabulary, formulas, GK, and focus more on your weak areas

Week 5-6: SSC CHSL Study Plan 2025 for 2 Months

During the 5th and 6th months, focus on improving your speed, accuracy, & time management. For that, you are advised to focus on your practice and revision.

  • This is the revision + performance optimization phase. You should attempt at least 3-4 full-length mock tests/week.
  • After taking any mock test, be it a full-length or topic-wise, analyze your performance after every mock test.
  • Work on speed and accuracy by solving the time-bound mock tests. Revisit difficult topics from earlier weeks.
  • During these weeks, check out the syllabus carefully again and touch those topics that you have not covered yet.

Week 7-8: SSC CHSL Study Plan 2025 for 2 Months

Focus on final revision and exam readiness. Use this phase for complete revision and polishing your exam-taking strategy.

Tasks:

  • Attempt 5 full-length mock tests/week (in exam-like conditions)
  • Time yourself strictly (complete each test in 55 minutes)
