Section-wise SSC CHSL Preparation Plan 2025
Let’s start the preparation by dividing the SSC CHSL study plan section-wise. With its help, you will be able to know how to prepare each section, what things you should take care of while preparing any section, and how you can improve your preparation level.
The SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam consists of four sections: General Intelligence, English Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
SSC CHSL Study Plan for Quantitative Aptitude
- Start with the basics: Make sure you have a good understanding of basic mathematics concepts such as the number system, LCM, HCF, and simple arithmetic and have practiced well on different types of questions.
- Learn and practice shortcuts: Working on tricks and shortcuts will help you in fast calculation. Use shortcuts for multiplication,
- Solve at least 20 mathematics problems daily to build speed, accuracy, and be able to solve different types of questions.
- Focus on the most scoring topics, such as percentage, profits and losses, and time and work. These are common and important subjects for the SSC CHSL exam. Make sure you understand formulas and concepts well and practice many problems on these topics.
- Practice different types of questions because SSC can ask any type of question in the exam.
SSC CHSL Study Plan for General Intelligence
- Practice logical questions daily: Dedicate a specific time to solve questions based on puzzles like seating arrangements, puzzles based on conditions, and logical reasoning problems.
- Understand the basic patterns of the questions based on series, blood conditions, and sense of direction. For series questions, practice identifying the number or alphabet pattern. For blood relations, create a family tree to imagine conditions.
- Work on the improvement of speed and accuracy: Logical questions can be difficult, so it is important to practice solving them in a limited time so that you can improve your speed and accuracy.
- Solve at least 20-30 questions each day: Regular practice is important to improve logic. Create a daily goal to solve at least 20-30 questions from easy to advanced levels.

Common Mistakes to Avoid While Following SSC CHSL Study Plan 2025
