The syllabus and exam pattern of the Bank of Baroda Local Bank Officer recruitment 2025 consist of subjects, sections, marks, negative marking, pattern of exam, total questions, section-wise marks distribution, duration of exam, and various other details.   • The above Sections / Tests, except the Test of English Language, will be available bilingually, i.e., English and Hindi. There will be separate timings for every section.
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • The minimum qualifying marks in each section apply to all categories.

BOB Local Bank Officer Minimum Qualifying Marks

The minimum qualifying marks are applied for each category section-wise. The minimum qualifying marks for the general category and the EWS category candidates are 40%. The minimum qualifying marks for the reserved category candidates are 35%. This is applied to each section, which means you need to score the minimum qualifying marks in each section of the exam.

  • For the General and EWS category candidates – 40% in each section.
  • For the Reserved category candidates – 35% in each section.

Is there a sectional time limit in the BOB LBO exam?

Yes. Each section has a separate time limit of 30 minutes. You must complete each section within the allotted time.

What is the medium of the exam?

The exam will be bilingual (English and Hindi) for all sections except the English Language section, which will be in English only.

Are there any descriptive questions in the BOB LBO exam?

As per the latest pattern, no descriptive paper is included. The online test is objective (multiple choice) only.
