A handwritten declaration is a text (what to write is provided to you) written by you on a blank page with a black ink pen, in which you declare that all the information provided by you is correct. This handwritten document should be scanned and uploaded in a proper format as mentioned in the SBI Junior Associates official notification PDF.

SBI Clerk Declaration Format 2025: The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows:
“I,__________(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth________ , hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine”.
Write “[Your Name]” and “[Date of Birth]” with the full name and date of birth that you’re using on your application.

- The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly and in your handwriting (no capital letters) on white paper with black ink.
- File type: jpg / jpeg
- Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10cm x 5 cm (Width x Height)
- File size: 50 kb- 100 kb

General Instructions For Uploading Handwritten Declaration
- Write the declaration neatly in your own handwriting (no capital letters), black ink only.
- Scan it at ≥ 200 dpi, true color.
- Crop to exactly the declaration area.
- Resize to 800×400 px.
- Save in JPG/JPEG format, ensuring file size is between 50–100 KB.
- Upload it in the designated section within the SBI Clerk application form.
Do not use editing software; only basic tools for cropping and resizing the image. No signature is required below the handwritten declaration. Below, we have provided a sample image; just write like that in your handwriting on a blank white paper (no line, no pattern, clean page only). Do not alter the text, copy it as it is, just write your name and date of birth. First try on a rough page, then in the second or third try, when you write without any mistakes, upload that copy into your form in the provided format.
