Step 2: On the Homepage, Click on Apply Online Tab.
Step 3: Register Yourself by filling the required details like Candidate’s name, DOB, Father’s Name, Contact Number & Email Id.
Step 4: After registration, the candidate will receive a unique Registration ID & password on the Email or Contact Number. (Note it down, as it will required till the final round)

- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
