  • Rules of Tenses along with the rules of parts of speech are enough to for error spotting.
  • Errors to be checked in the use of conjunctions. One sentence only uses one conjunction at a time. Using both so and as in the same sentence is incorrect.
  • Much and many are used differently. Much is used for uncountable nouns and many is used before countable nouns.
  • Moreover, in order to solve spotting error questions a sentence should be read very carefully and if done properly you will be able to spot the error.
  • Errors can be spotted in spellings too, thus you need to check the spellings thoroughly.
  • If you are not able to detect the error, then read each part of the sentence individually and closely check each part for errors if any.
