His journey is proof that with persistence and the right strategy, success is only a matter of time.

PracticeMock’s Conversation with Arghya Mondal

Let’s find out how Arghya turned his dream into a reality:

Q. Please brief us on when you started preparing for the competitive exams and how your preparation journey was.

I have been preparing since 2022. There were many ups and downs. I could not clear so many preliminary exams. I have missed out on so many exams by very close margins. 2024 was a dream year for me. I did not see any “thank you” message in 2024. Yes, I have been placed on reserve lists for some exams. But I have managed to clear three exams back-to-back.

Q. Which exams have you appeared in to date, and what were their results?

Since 2022, I have consistently appeared for a range of competitive exams, including IBPS CSA and PO, SBI JA and PO, and RRB OA and PO. While I was placed on the reserve lists for both IBPS PO and RRB PO, I successfully cleared RRB OA and IBPS CSA for the 2024–25 cycle, along with SBI JA 2023–24 through the second waiting list.
