UIIC AO Exam Day Guidelines 2024: The UIIC AO Exam 2024 is two weeks from now; it will take place on 14th December 2024. While preparing to take the United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) Administrative Officer (AO) exam, it is important to be aware of all the guidelines that need to be followed on the exam day so that you are completely free from all kinds of confusions and hassles on the exam day and the last day of preparation. UIIC AO Exam Day Guidelines 2024

Reporting Time and Venue Details

Arrival Time: Candidates must report at the venue at least 30-60 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on their admit cards.

Entry Closing Time: The entry to the exam centre will be strictly closed at the time mentioned on the admit card. No one is allowed to enter the exam centre after the specified time

Visit the centre in advance: It would be ideal to visit the exam centre a day or two before the exam so you are familiar with the location and thus avoid delays on the day of the exam.

Document To Bring

One must carry relevant papers with them as identification checks and for accessing an exam hall. 

Photo Identity proof from which one may provide-

  • Aadhaar card
  • PAN Card
  • Passport size photo
  • Driving License
  • Voter Card Id Proof

Photograph: Candidates need to carry a clear and recent passport-sized photo periodically similar uploaded application, for identification or ID purposes.
Check the name provided on your admit card with the name of the ID proof.

Dress Code

To make sure that the security check does not inconvenience the entry, UIIC has assigned a few dress code do’s and don’ts:

Avoid Jewellery and Accessories: Remove all metallic jewellery, belts, and accessories as they may slow down the security screening.

No Digital Watches: There won’t be any digital watches because strict prohibition is extended to carry them into the examination hall. Only simple watches are permitted at some centres under certain rules.

Simple and comfortable clothes: Simple, loose clothes that are not so tight and can easily.

Prohibited Items

Some articles are strictly not allowed inside the examination hall. Possession of such items will automatically result in disqualification or some other disciplinary action.

Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, earphones, etc.
Stationery: All the stationery, pencils, pens, and calculators will be available at the centre. Please do not carry any extra stationery material. Paper will also be provided.
Bags and Books: Candidates must not bring any bags, books, notes or written material. Any of these should be left outside or, if possible, not brought to the centre.
