• Scan it at ≥ 200 dpi, true color.
• Crop to exactly the declaration area.
• Resize to 800×400 px.
• Save in JPG/JPEG format, ensuring file size is between 50–100 KB.
• Upload it in the designated section within the SBI Clerk application form.

Do not use editing software; only basic tools for cropping and resizing the image. No signature is required below the handwritten declaration.
