IBPS RRB Online Application Link 2025

The IBPS RRB Online Application Link 2025 has been activated on the official website www.ibps.in. Eligible candidates can apply online for a total of 13,217 vacancies, including Clerk, PO, and Officer Scale-II & III positions, by registering through the provided link.

How to fill the IBPS RRB Application form?

Here we are providing the step-by-step process to apply for the IBPS RRB PO 2025 exam. Candidates must follow these instructions carefully while filling the application form to avoid errors and ensure successful registration. 

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

  • Go to the IBPS official website: ibps.in.
  • On the homepage, click on “CRP RRBs” and then select “Common Recruitment Process for RRBs-XIV”.
  • Choose the post you want to apply for (Office Assistant/Officer Scale I/II/III).

Step 2: New Registration

  • Click on “Click Here for New Registration”.
  • Enter basic details such as Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
  • A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be sent to your registered mobile and email.
  • Use these credentials to log in and continue the application process.

Step 3: Fill Your Personal Details

  • Enter details such as:
    • Full Name (as per documents)
    • Date of Birth
    • Gender
    • Category (General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
    • Nationality
    • Religion
    • Address and Contact Information

Candidates will also get the option to select English or Hindi language for the exam. Hindi medium candidates can also apply without difficulty.

Step 4: Upload Scanned Documents

Candidates must upload scanned images in the prescribed format:

  • Photograph: 20KB to 50KB, JPG/JPEG format, clear background.
  • Signature: 10KB to 20KB, in black ink on white paper.
  • Left Thumb Impression: 20KB to 50KB, properly scanned.
  • Handwritten Declaration: 50KB to 100KB, written clearly in English.

Use a scanner or a good-quality mobile app for clarity and ensure images are within size limits.

Step 5: Educational & Other Details

  • Enter your educational qualifications, work experience (if applicable), and language proficiency.
  • Select the RRB (state and bank preference) you wish to apply for carefully, as this cannot be changed later.

Step 6: Preview Application

  • Review all details entered carefully.
  • Use the “Preview” option to check for spelling errors or incorrect entries.
  • Make corrections if required before final submission.

Step 7: Payment of Fees

  • Application fees can be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallets.
  • Fees for IBPS RRB 2025:
    • SC/ST/PwD candidates – ₹175/-
    • General/OBC/EWS candidates – ₹850/-

After successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated.

Step 8: Final Submission & Print Application

  • Submit the form after successful fee payment.
  • Download and take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
