Eligibility Requirements

For Assistant General Manager (IT):

• Post-Graduate Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology
  
• 5 years of relevant experience
  
• Age limit: 35 years
  

For Assistant Manager (Agriculture) / Assistant Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, or related fields
  
• Age limit: 30 years

Selection Process

The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:

Stage 1: Written Test (100 Marks)

• For AGM (IT): Mix of objective and descriptive questions on general management, IT, reasoning, current affairs, and computer science
  
• For Assistant Managers: Objective and descriptive questions on general awareness, APEDA/agriculture exports, and subject-specific topics
  
• Qualifying marks: 60%
  
• Negative marking: 25% for wrong objective answers
  
• Duration: 2.5 hours (AM) / 3 hours (AGM-IT)
  

Stage 2: Interview (40 Marks for AGM-IT only)

• Shortlisted candidates will appear for interview
  
• Topics include general awareness, managerial ability, international trade, and agriculture sector knowledge
  
• Qualifying marks: 60%
  
• Venue: Delhi NCR
  

Age Relaxation

Candidates can claim age relaxation as per government norms:
