Probationary Officer (PO): The entry-level post, in which the candidates have to undergo a probation period, after which they are promoted to the next post.
Assistant Manager: After promotion, POs are placed at this position where they have to manage the most operations that are undergoing in a branch.
Branch Manager: A branch manager is responsible for business development, sanctions of loans provided by the bank, and important operational decisions are also taken under the supervision of the branch manager.
Senior Manager: After the branch manager, one will be promoted to a senior manager position. They have to oversee multiple branches’ operations or departments across multiple branches.
Chief Manager/Assistant General Manager: At this level, you will be involved in policy implementation and strategic decision-making.
Deputy General Manager: A Higher position, where you have to manage specific banking operations at a large level.
General Manager: They have to manage banking operations at the regional or corporate levels.
