The primary objective of UPSSSC is to select and recommend candidates for direct recruitment to Group ‘C’ (non-technical) and Group ‘D'(non-technical) posts in various departments, boards, and corporations under the state government. It conducts examinations and interviews for these positions, evaluates the performance of candidates, and recommends the most suitable individuals for appointment. The recruitment process is conducted on the basis of:
