Vivek Ranjan’s Introduction

Hi, I am Vivek Ranjan and I have cleared RRB Office Assistant exam for which I am sharing my success story below with you all. I started my preparation in 2020 and have appeared in several exams including SBI PO/Clerk, IBPS PO/Clerk, IBPS RRB PO/Clerk, FCI, IDBI AM/Executive. I would like to update my fellow friends and to all those who are preparing for the upcoming banking exams this year that I did not follow any strict schedule for my preparation. Mentioning below all my section wise preparation details.

Vivek Ranjan’s – Preparation Journey

I started my preparation in 2020 and have given multiple exams mentioned below.

• SBI PO/Clerk
• IBPS PO/Clerk
• IBPS RRB PO/Clerk
• FCI
• IDBI AM/Executive

Subject-Wise Preparation Strategy

English Section Preparation:

As far as preparation for English section is concerned, I have prepared for English from Free YT sessions of Vishal Parihar Sir. Also, other than youtube sessions, I have attempted free quizzes of PracticeMock and Adda247.

Quantitative Aptitude Section Preparation: 

For quant section I would say that I completed chapter wise sessions of Arun Singh Rawat sir. Along with it, I practiced a lot and attempted quizzes and mocks.

Reasoning Section Preparation:

I attended sessions of my favourite Puneet Sir (A-Z of Reasoning). Again practiced lots of mocks and quizzes.

General Awareness Section Preparation: 

For General Awareness preparation first of all I attended daily CA sessions of Abhijeet Mishra (Rockstar) sir. Later after the sessions, I used to practice best week MCQ quiz of PracticeMock which is amazing.

Computer Awareness Section Preparation: 

I prepared from a basic book of Computer Awareness followed by some PDFs.

Overall Strategy & Challenges Faced

I follwed a very normal schedule and not any strict type of schedule. As far as challenges or failures are concerned, just like other people I have faced a lot. It was a struggling phase for me, but my family members including my parents, my brother and my brother-in-law has always supported and motivated me and have always mentioned that “you don’t worry, ho jayega”.
