I started my preparation in 2018-19, during which I strengthened my basic concepts in each subject, especially Quantitative Aptitude. After that, I cleared the prelims but failed the mains, mainly due to a lack of mock test practice and current affairs preparation. Once I identified my weaknesses, I focused on improving them by following different sources including PracticeMock which was particularly helpful for providing mock tests and sectional tests and after that, I cleared my RRB PO 2024 exam. Overall, my journey has been filled with many ups and downs. Selected as RRB PO in Baroda Gujarat Gramin BankI always followed only one PracticeMock.

How did you prepare for the Quantitative Aptitude section?

I first took the IBPS RRB PO topic test. After that, I gained a good command over quants not perfect, but better than average.

How did you prepare for the Reasoning section?

For Reasoning, I followed the PracticeMock Video course. I understood some concepts, while for others, I applied my own logic and developed my own strategy, which helped me retain the concepts for a long time.

What was your strategy for the General Awareness section? (If Applicable)

Following mock drills for daily current affairs PDFs and quizzes is a great way to stay updated and practice regularly. PracticeMock video Course also offer in-depth explanations and strategies that can be really helpful for understanding key concepts and improving retention.

It helps you identify weak areas, understand your mistakes, and refine your approach for the actual exam.

Continue with your preparation, set a daily study plan, and follow it—know exactly what to do and when. Read daily current affairs and then take quizzes to avoid problems in the GA section later in the Mains. Don’t give up, work on strengthening your weaknesses. wish you all the very best.
