This year I have cleared all the 6 major banking prelims exams, but could not make to the final by small margin in RRB PO, RRB CLERK and IBPS PO. SBI PO marks are not out yet. Waiting for a positive result in SBI CLERK Mains.

What was your overall strategy? Did you follow a study schedule? If yes, please share the details

Yes having a study routine is very beneficial to clear exam easily. I used to get up at 6 in the morning and from 8am I used to start my study. I used a kitchen timer to focus and not get distracted. Because Youtube videos were main distraction for me.

Did you face any hurdle as well? How did you overcome it?

As I said above that today there are a lot of distractions there especially if you are studying online. For me YouTube was main distraction, I used to watch lot of random videos which were not related to my studies. Finally I switched to mock for practicing, and I also installed YouTube site blocker to make it difficult for me to access YT.

Did PracticeMock help you in your success? Please elaborate

Throughout the preparation I used PracticeMock tests. They were really helpful. Mock content was of exam level and sometime little bit higher that helped me to eradicate the fear of tough exam.

What’s your message for the fellow aspirants who are preparing for competitive exams?

I want to say all of you to have patience, and with patience do hardwork with consistency and discipline. Consistency is the key. Do not get distracted by today’s social media trends and online world because that will hamper your preparation.

This brings us to the end of the article. We sincerly hope that these success stories keep motivating you at all times so that you keep working hard to achieve your goal of clearing these competitive exams.
