Ankita Singh who has cleared RRB PO exam started her exam preparation journey in the year 2020 and today we are revealing her success story as how she managed to clear her exam and what preparation strategy she followed. As she updated us about her journey, she said that she started by clearing the basic concepts first for all the three sections including quant, reasoning and english and then she later started practicing the mock tests. Moreover, she said that only attempting a mock test is not important, but analyzing it thoroughly is equally important.

Please brief as how was your Preparation Journey?

I started preparing for banking exams from 2020. Firstly I cleared my basic concepts of quant, reasoning and English. Then, I started to give mocks and analyse it thoroughly.

Which exams did you appear in till date and what were their results?

In 2021, I cleared RRB pre but not mains. And in IBPS PO, I missed the final selection by four marks.

In 2022, finally I cleared RRB PO. Also given the IBPS po and clerk’s main exam.

How did you prepare for the English section?

English was my weak point and I was struggling in this section a lot.Then I started following Nimisha Bansal ma’am,her perfection batch helped me immensely in this journey.

How did you prepare for the Quantitative Aptitude section?

I religiously followed Aashish Arora sir from unacademy.I used to give a lot of mocks and sectionals. After giving mocks I devoted many hours to analyse them. After analysing I got to know about my weak topics and tried to improve those topics.

How did you prepare for the Reasoning section?

For reasoning, I followed Ankush lamba sir. I enjoyed solving puzzles so I used to practice it regularly. Ankush sir’s claases helped me get exam ready and solve the problems the way I never thought before.

How did you prepare for the General Awareness section?

For the General Awareness section I just followed Kapil kathpal sir’s daily current affairs classes.

What was your overall strategy? Did you follow a study schedule? If yes, please share the details

Firstly I cleared my basic concepts. Practiced lots of questions on particular topics. And for check, I attempted mocks. Analysed my weak topic and work on that.
