SSC MTS 2021 Important Notice

Those who are waiting for the SSC MTS examnation to happen, here is an important update for them to check regarding the photo & signature upload. Mentioned below is what all is given in the notice for candidates reference. The SSC MTS exam is scheduled for July 1, 2022 thereby leaving ample time with the candidates to prepare for this exam. For those who haven’t started with their exam preparation yet must take SSC MTS Tier 1 Free Test in order to know their initial exam preparation level. Mentioned below are the notice details:

1. Applications received till date, have only been “Taken on Record and Contents not Verified”. The words “Provisionally Accepted” at the top of already printed applications should be clearly seen as an acknowledgement and not an acceptance. The candidates are advised to re-read the instructions and re-take the printouts.

2. Candidates are cautioned that Photo and Signature uploaded in the online application form must be in conformity with the Notice of Examination. Clear instructions regarding requirement of Photo and Signature have been incorporated in the Notice of Examination at Paras 10.1, 10.2, 23(l), 23(r). Further, at Para 1 (a) & (b), Para 16 and 17 of Annexure-IV also, clear instructions regarding photo/signature have been incorporated. Apart from this, samples of photos are also provided at Annexure-V (copy attached) of the Notice of Examination. Applications with photograph with cap/ spectacle / frontal view not clearly visible or miniature/ blurred photograph or miniature/ blurred/ illegible Signature will be rejected.

3. Candidates who have already filled the online application form must check the printout and if required, should avail the „Window for Application Form Correction‟ from 05-05-2022 to 09-05-2022 (23:00) to correct/modify the same and must make the online payment of stipulated correction charges as per details given at Para-12 of the Notice of Examination.

4. After submission of the corrected/ final online application form OR expiry of the period of „Window for Application Form Correction‟, no change/ correction/ modification will be allowed under any circumstances. Requests received in this regard in any form like Post, Fax, Email, by hand, etc. shall not be entertained by the Commission.
