Hello everyone, my name is Shivani Saxena and I have done my graduation in BSc mathematics in 2018. Then I started my post graduation in Applied Economics and completed in Nov’20. I started my banking preparation in during my post graduation and with great effort cleared RRB Office Assistant/RRB Clerk. As we all know that COVID time was a tough time, but I utilized it in a very effective manner and came with flying colors with the final selection. I would like to share my success story with you below.

I have done my graduation in BSc mathematics in 2018. Then I started my post graduation in Applied Economics and completed in Nov’20. I started my banking preparation in during my post graduation. COVID time was a tough time but I utilized it in a very effective manner and came with flying colors with the final selection. I have appeared in many banking examination. My first exam was RRB clerk 2019 but I could not cleared prelims The first prelims I cleared is IBPS PO 2019 but I failed in mains and again I failed in LIC assistant mains. After that I cleared SBI JA 2020 prelims but again failed in mains. this time I have cleared ibps rrb po, rrb clerk , ibps po and ibps clerk prelims and also cleared ibps po and rrb po mains examination and finally selected in RRB clerk and waiting for RRB po IBPS PO and IBPS clerk final results as well.

Section-wise Preparation Strategy

English Section Preparation Strategy

For English Section reading is the most important thing and this section plays vital role for cracking the examination. I start reading comprehension and attempting mock test of PracticeMock and analyze it and try to improve my mistakes.

Quantitative Aptitude Section Preparation Strategy

Firstly I cleared my basic concepts from various sources then start solving sectional quizzes from various sources and started giving mock test.

Reasoning Section Preparation Strategy

This is my one of my favorite Section. I started solving puzzles and miscellaneous question from sectional test which improved my speed and accuracy. then I started attempting mock test. The best strategy was to analyze the mistakes and try to improve it in next mock.

General Awareness Section Preparation Strategy

For General Awareness section I followed daily PDFs. For this section revision is very important. I revised it on weekly and then monthly. Minimum 3 to 4 times revision is very important for remembering the news.

Overall Strategy & Study Schedule

Practice is the most important thing to crack any examination. As I am doing my post graduation while preparing so I was not able to follow proper schedule but whenever I got time I gave it to my studies. The best way is capitalize your strength as much as can and score a decent marks and adopt best suited way to score as much as you can in a subject which you think you are average with a decent accuracy.

Yes, I faced many hurdles during preparation. After some failures sometimes I get depressed and start thinking that I can’t do but I am thankful to my family who always supported and motivate me.
