SBI Clerk 2025 Revision Plan, Get Master Tips
The SBI Clerk Prelims Exam 2025 is starting from 20th September, and now only 10 days are left. This is the most important phase of your preparation because these last few days will decide whether you are going to clear the prelims cutoff or not. Many students panic at this stage, but remember, this is the time to stay calm and focused. Don’t try to learn anything new now. Instead, revise whatever you have already studied. A proper revision plan with the right strategy will help you boost your score. You need to focus on your strong areas, practice mock tests to improve speed and accuracy, and most importantly, stay consistent and confident. In this blog, we will share a revision strategy for SBI Clerk Prelims 2025 that will help you manage your time smartly and boost your performance.
Now, only 10 days are left for the SBI Clerk Prelims exam. At this stage, don’t start any new topic. Whatever you know till now, just revise it properly. Your focus should be on your strong areas instead of wasting time on new concepts. If you are a full-time aspirant, give at least 8–10 hours daily because this is the time to polish your speed and accuracy. Divide your time between Numerical Ability, Reasoning, English, and mock test practice.
Day 1 to Day 3: In the first three days, start with the basics and high-scoring topics. For Numerical Ability, revise simplification, approximation, quadratic equations, and number series. These are easy marks that you should not miss. Also, practice a few sets of arithmetic word problems like percentage, ratio, and averages. For Reasoning, focus on inequalities, syllogisms, direction-distance, blood relation, and do at least 2–3 puzzle sets daily. For English, practice reading comprehension, cloze tests, and error spotting to strengthen your grammar and comprehension skills. Each day, attempt one full mock test and analyze your mistakes carefully. Don’t just see the answers, but re-attempt the wrong ones so that you don’t repeat the same mistakes in the real exam.
Day 4 to Day 6: In these three days, shift your focus a little deeper. In Numerical Ability, revise data interpretation sets like table DI, bar graph, and line graph, and practice arithmetic chapters like profit and loss, time and work, and simple and compound interest. In Reasoning, revise seating arrangements, coding-decoding, alphanumeric series, and practice order-ranking and mixed puzzles. For English, practice para jumbles, fill in the blanks, and revise grammar rules like subject-verb agreement and prepositions. Along with your daily mock test, try one sectional test for either Reasoning or Numerical Ability so that you can practice exam-level sectional speed and accuracy.
Day 7 to Day 9: These three days should be about exam-level practice and strong revision. For Numerical Ability, solve mixed arithmetic sets that include speed, distance, partnership, and mixtures, along with DI sets of moderate to high level. Revise all the important formulas and short tricks for quick calculations. For Reasoning, attempt advanced-level puzzles and seating arrangements, input-output, and logical reasoning sets. Revise all the small but important topics like syllogisms and inequalities so that you don’t miss easy marks. For English, practice at least two reading comprehensions daily, revise your vocabulary notes, and strengthen your grammar rules. Each day, give one full mock test and analyze it carefully. Also, give at least one sectional test each for Numerical, Reasoning, and English during these three days to polish your timing.
Day 10: The last day is all about light revision and staying calm. Go through all your formulas and short tricks for Numerical Ability, and practice a few light questions of simplification, number series, and quadratic equations just to stay in touch. For Reasoning, solve 2–3 light puzzles and revise your notes of inequalities, syllogisms, and directions. For English, read one editorial or short passage to stay in flow, and quickly revise your grammar notes. Do not attempt a heavy mock test on this day. Instead, go through the analysis of your past mocks and revise the mistakes you made earlier. Keep the day stress-free and enter the exam hall with full confidence.
