The SBI Circle Based Officer (CBO) Study Plan 2025 focuses on preparing students for the exam. This study plan is made keeping in mind the syllabus and exam pattern of the exam. The SBI CBO Exam is expected to be held in July 2025. The online application for the same has started, and the date of application is 9th May 2025 to 29th May 2025. This study plan will help students to prepare smartly and effectively for the SBI CBO exam 2025. The syllabus of this exam covers subjects such as Banking Knowledge, English, General Awareness/ Economy, and Computer Aptitude.

 

SBI CBO Study Plan 2025

As the exam is only two months away from now, the students have to focus on scoring as much as possible in each section. This will make sure that the candidates are selected for the next round of the selection process. Apart from the online examination, the candidates should also focus on the descriptive test (Screening test). The descriptive test is conducted for all the candidates appearing for the online examination. Thus, the candidates should be prepared for both, as per the exam pattern, the online exam, and the descriptive test. There is no penalty for wrong answers in the online exam. Therefore, the candidates should attempt as many questions as possible. The candidates can follow the study plan that is made here for them and adjust it according to their suitability.

1. Understand the Syllabus and Exam Pattern

The SBI CBO comprises an online written test, a screening, followed by an interview round. Each stage is to be cleared before the final selection happens. The exam pattern of SBI CBO exam consists of 4 sections namely English Language (30 questions of 30 marks of 30 minutes duration), Banking Knowledge (40 questions of 40 marks with 40 minutes duration), General Awareness/ Economy (30 questions of 30 marks of 30 minutes duration), and the Computer Aptitude (20 questions of 20 marks of 20 minutes duration). 2. Make a Study Routine

A study routine will help candidates to achieve better scores in tests, and eventually will lead them to score more marks in the final exam. 3. Use Available Resources

Candidates are advised to use all available resources and shortlist them according to their needs. The resources should be available to you easily. Make sure to have a concise resource plan. The SBI CBO exam is focused on the subjective topics such as Banking Knowledge, Computer Aptitude, General Awareness/Economy, and English. Therefore, you need to use fewer resources so that you can recall them easily. You can use the below-listed resources for the SBI CBO exam.

The most effective way to not get stuck during your study is to jump to a different subject after each slot of study. This method will make sure you remain interested in the syllabus.   • Keep the Morning Slot [slot 1] reserved for a lengthy subject, e.g. General Awareness/ Economy.
  • Slot 2 can be used for English and Computer Aptitude.
  • Prepare topics from at least 2 subjects in a day.
