The wait is finally over for thousands of Junior Engineer aspirants. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially released the RRB JE Exam City Intimation Slip 2026 today, 10th February 2026. If you have applied for the 2,585 vacancies of Junior Engineer (CEN 05/2025), you can now check where (City) and when (Date & Shift) your exam will be held. Important Update: The exam dates have been revised! The RRB JE CBT-1 will now be conducted on 19th, 20th, and 25th February 2026. Currently, the city slips are live mainly for candidates having exams on 19th and 20th February.

Note: This slip is NOT your Admit Card. It is just an advance intimation to help you book your travel tickets. The actual Admit Card with the center name will be released 4 days before your exam.

How to Download RRB JE Exam City Slip 2026?

Checking your city is very easy. Just follow these 5 simple steps:

  1. Visit the Link: Click on the direct link provided above or visit rrbcdg.gov.in.
  2. Find the Option: Look for the link saying “CEN 05/2025 – CBT 1 City Intimation Slip”.
  3. Login: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth in the login box.
  4. Enter Captcha: Type the code shown on the screen and click “Login”.
  5. Download: Your Exam City, Date, and Shift will appear on the screen. Download it and save it to plan your travel.

What Details Are Mentioned in the Slip?

When you download the slip, make sure to cross-check these details:

  • Exam City & State: The city where you have to go for the exam.
  • Exam Date: The exact date of your paper (19th, 20th, or 25th Feb).
  • Shift Timing: Whether you are in Shift 1, 2, or 3.
  • Reporting Time: The time you must reach the center.

Crucial Note: This slip allows you to know the City only. The exact Centre Name (School/College address) will be mentioned in the final e-Call Letter (Admit Card) which will be released 4 days before your exam date (around 15th Feb).

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Aadhaar Verification: You MUST carry your original Aadhaar Card to the exam center. There will be Aadhaar-enabled biometric verification before entry.
  • Do Not Panic: If your slip is not opening, it might be because your exam is on a later date (25th Feb) or there is a server load. Try again after some time.
  • No Gadgets: Calculators, mobile phones, and smartwatches are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
